Responsibilities

Accurately enter employee information and HR data into designated databases and systems.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain records related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies and correcting data errors promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Generate reports and summaries as requested by the HR management team.
Collaborate with HR team members to support data management and administrative processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding data handling.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within Human Resources.
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.
Basic understanding of HR processes, terminology, and compliance requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or HR is a plus.
