As Event Marketing Manager, you will be the primary architect of our presence at major tradeshows and industry events across Canada. Reporting to the Manager, Events & Account Base Marketing (ABM), you'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high-impact event experiences that position TELUS as a trusted technology partner for enterprise and public sector organizations, and drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead National Event Strategy: Define & drive TELUS's participation in professional tradeshows and major events across Canada based on our GTM plan and ROI expectations
- Manage End-to-End Execution: Manage all logistics, including bookings, booth design, staffing, and on-site management
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams to align event content and objectives
- Own Pre/Post-Event Follow-Up: Drive lead management, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations, as well as inputs into a targeted Account-Based Marketing strategy for select priority accounts
- Problem-Solve with Resourcefulness: Act as a pragmatic Marketing problem-solver to navigate logistics constraints and propose new ideas for engagement formats and activations based on feedback received from our stakeholders
