Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, and thrives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Data Entry: Input alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems with speed and accuracy
Data Verification: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output
Record Maintenance: Update and maintain digital files, records, and client information
Document Handling: Scan documents, organize files, and ensure proper digital storage
Reporting: Compile, sort, and verify data; generate basic reports as requested
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, filing, and data backup procedures
Quality Control: Meet daily/weekly data entry quotas while maintaining 98%+ accuracy rate

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus
6+ months of data entry or administrative experience preferred
Technical Skills: Proficient typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; Google Workspace a plus
Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and 10-key numeric keypad
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
