We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Customer Support professional to join our remote team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with customer-facing support, requiring excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage order processing, tracking, and follow-ups when applicable
- Support onboarding processes and general office tasks remotely
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
