Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT management and support to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards are consistently met.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and effective software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and scalability.
- Document software functionality and maintain detailed records of development processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve client offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development using modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
