Overview
We’re hiring Seasonal Customer Support Agents to support high-volume operations during peak periods. This role is focused on delivering efficient, accurate support across multiple channels while maintaining strong productivity throughout your shift.
This is a fast-paced environment where consistency and attention to detail matter. You’ll be expected to stay active, manage multiple conversations, and follow established processes without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a high-volume environment
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
- Stay active and engaged throughout your shift, managing multiple interactions at once
- Follow all processes, compliance guidelines, and system workflows
- Communicate clearly and professionally, especially in time-sensitive situations
- Escalate issues when necessary

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask across systems and communication channels
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Reliable attendance and consistent performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous call center or customer support experience preferred
