Remote Bilingual Customer Care Specialist - California
Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
Location(s): Remote in CA
Pay:Starting at $20/hour up to $24/hour depending on level of experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday with working hours of 8am - 5pm (CA - PST)

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Specialist, you'll talk with the families of current students to answer questions about our programs and guide them to the appropriate resources to enroll their child or children. You will also work within the student management system to help resolve billing-related questions.
We are looking for a passionate customer service professional who can:
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with every phone call and interaction
- Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, our student management system, accounts, and billing.
- Have fun!
- Showcase AlphaBEST's core values to our customers
- Build customer loyalty
- Complete reports regularly that provide leadership with a picture of your area of responsibility
Here's what you'll need:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- An obsession to make every customer happy
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Two years' experience and a proven track record of impeccable customer satisfaction
