We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide basic information to clients, customers, and visitors
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies
Handle inquiries and resolve issues or escalate when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Customer service-oriented mindset
