YOUR ROLE
As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the billing cycle for our mobile dental services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing patient billing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and verifying insurance claims to maximize reimbursement.
- Maintaining thorough records of billing activities and payment collections.
- Assisting in financial reporting and trend analysis.
- Collaborating with our dental team to streamline processes and improve patient billing experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in Office Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST; with a 1 hour lunch break.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in medical or dental billing or collections is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with dental billing codes and insurance terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data accurately.
- Successful Remote Work Experience Preferred.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging from $24.00 - $26.00/hr
