Globus Medical, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. This role is vital in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their experience with our products and services is seamless and positive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals.

Key Objectives

Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist healthcare providers and hospital staff with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing customer feedback and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns related to Globus Medical products and services.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while adhering to company policies.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and escalate when appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of healthcare terminology and hospital operations is a plus.
