About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Implementation Project Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation, you’ll manage a range of implementation projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while strengthening customer relationships and driving positive business outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a Range of Implementation Projects – Prepare and deliver customer implementation project plans, clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and other key stakeholders, and provide detailed account walkthroughs.
- Develop Customized Training Plans – Maintain strong knowledge of MealSuite systems and offerings and use it to prepare training plans as needed to be executed by members of the Training team.
- Ensure Customers Receive Superior Service – Develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customer stakeholders by educating customers on MealSuite’s toolkit, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.
- Maintain Customer Communication Channels – Document customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in internal systems, and communicate salient information to stakeholders as needed.
- Develop Process Improvements – Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
- Collaborate Cross-functionally – Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure successful software implementations throughout the project lifecycle, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Support to smoothly transition customer accounts after implementation is complete.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience supporting project management or customer implementations, ideally within a complex SaaS environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable productivity and collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, allocate time effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail across complex, fast‑moving workstreams.
- Demonstrated strength in building and sustaining professional relationships through empathetic listening and clear, effective written and verbal communication.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external customer stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, risks, and expectations.
- Comfortable owning implementation projects end to end, including planning, execution, issue escalation, and delivery accountability.
- Able to adapt quickly, exercise sound judgment, and remain effective amid shifting priorities and evolving processes.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
Compensation: $72,000–$78,000 CAD per year / $70,000–$76,000 USD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge OR Dallas office two days per week. If you’re more than an hour away, apply anyway we’re open to discussing options.
