We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing internal sales processes, coordinating documentation, and enabling the revenue team to stay externally focused. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, customer-facing reps, and marketing to ensure smooth operations, clean data, and scalable systems. This is a foundational support role designed to improve sales efficiency and help the team move faster, smarter, and with greater focus on revenue-driving activity.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own and execute internal sales processes, ensuring consistency, organization, and accuracy
- Track and process payments, assist with collections, and manage templates and related documentation
- Keep internal systems organized (Google Drive, CRM), and archive or clean outdated content
- Conduct proactive outreach to existing partners to schedule follow-up meetings on behalf of sales team
- Support sales enablement by coordinating with marketing to ensure content is current and accessible to the sales team
- Help maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with reports and dashboards for leadership
- Manage the flow of information and documentation between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Assist with planning and preparation for sales-related events, including coordinating travel, lodging, and promotional materials
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 1–3 years in sales administration, sales support, or operations (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot preferred), and using tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities — you never let tasks fall through the cracks.
- Comfort working independently and taking initiative.
- A process-oriented mindset with a drive for clarity, consistency, and improvement.
- Familiarity with quoting, sales documentation, and scheduling tools.
- Passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous learning.
- Highly trustworthy, computer-savvy, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting a distributed or remote sales team
- Exposure to a SaaS or channel-based sales environment
- Experience in the security or workplace technology industries
