Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Creative Production Assistant to join our team and help us bring inspiring content to life! This role will focus on logistical production and project support, while also contributing to content creation. If you have a sharp visual eye, and a can-do attitude, we would love to have you on our team!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with set preparations including basic staging, equipment placement, and prop arrangement.
- Source and coordinate talent, props, and materials in advance of shoot dates.
- Manage shoot day logistics such as food ordering and supply runs.
- Assist team members throughout content shoots, including moving equipment, adjusting props, and providing general on-set support.
- Organize, sort, and label photo and media files following shoots to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Support basic content production tasks as needed throughout the editing and delivery process.
- Capture phone-based content as directed, supporting the production team with straightforward filming tasks.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Entry-level, open to recent graduates and those early in their careers. A college degree is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in content creation, photography, or media production is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a creative environment.
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks on set including moving equipment, organizing props, and supporting production from start to finish.
- Strong collaborative spirit with a positive, team-first attitude and the ability to take direction well.
- A natural eye for aesthetics and basic visual awareness.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
This position involves working both indoors at a desk and outdoors in a farm setting. Must be able to operate a computer for prolonged periods with moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, moving objects, reaching and crouching. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Exposure to outdoor environments including hot and cold temperatures and humidity.
Job Location and Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time position based out of our two locations listed below, this position will work at both locations on various days of the week.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with one remote workday per week and four days onsite.
- Headquarters location: 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX.
- Farmhouse location: 22503 Lain Road, Spring, TX.
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
- Pay range starts between $18-$20 per hour.
- Flexible Paid Time Off.
- 12 PTO days per year, accrued bi-weekly, with incremental increases annually.
