Overview

MIRACORP, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO), Western District of Louisiana. This role provides important administrative support for immigration-related cases.

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support attorneys and staff by handling a variety of administrative and case-related tasks, including:

Reviewing and identifying types of immigration filings
Tracking and documenting important case deadlines
Updating local and division-wide deadlines, documents, and docket information
Maintaining databases, files, and correspondence
Preparing documentation for new, active, and closing cases
Communicating with agency staff regarding deadlines, data entry, and case details
Assisting with full case openings and supporting ongoing case management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma (may substitute for experience)
At least one year of clerical, office, or administrative support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic document management
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
U.S. Citizenship (required for federal contract work)
