Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our team in a non-advisor, office assistant role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and supporting a team.
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Client Service & Support
*Coordinate & manage client account paperwork and processing
*Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance
*Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally
Operations & Administration
*Monitor pending transactions and follow through to completion
*Ensure everything is handled accurately and on time
*Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
*General clerical office tasks
*Support compliance & documentation standards
Team Support
*Help advisors stay organized and prepared
*Monitor workflows and identify process improvements
*Contribute to a smooth high-quality client experience
This role is not a sales position and is not designed as a pathway to becoming a financial advisor. It is an opportunity to build expertise in client service, financial operations, and practice management within a growing firm.
This opportunity is full-time (approximately 35-38 hours per week). It is an in-office position (4 days/week, 1 day/remote) in the heart of Mooresville. Compensation depends on experience and skill levels. Salary range is between $27,000 - $38,000 annually. Performance / Compensation reviews annually.
*Two-year Associates Degree (preferred but not required) OR two or more years in the banking or financial industry.
*Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills
*Clear, professional communication skills
*Comfortable with Excel, spreadsheets and learning new software
*Positive, dependable team player who is eager to learn
