Admiral Beverage seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the daily operations of our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in answering phones, directing calls and communicating with team.
Prepare correspondence, statements, receipts, or other documents, copying information from one record to another.
Start to finish inventory management.
Receives, counts, documents, and raw and finished material.
Completes cycle counts
Complete variance reporting.
Retain, protect, retrieves, and disposes of records as directed.
Presents professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

6 months previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
Ability to calculate and apply algebra concepts.
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to Integrity and cultural awareness.
