Graphic Designer
Full-Time ON-SITE – Sandy Springs, Georgia
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels while leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output. This is an ideal position for a mid-level designer with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about blending traditional design expertise with emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website assets, and digital ads
- Assist in creating print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage
- Support the development of brand-consistent visual content across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative briefs to life
- Prepare and optimize image files for web and print production
- Maintain organized design files and follow brand guidelines and templates
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
- Perform photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Stay current on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices
- Explore and integrate AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, generative fill) into creative workflows to accelerate production and ideation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- A portfolio demonstrating creative range and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI-powered design and creative tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design fundamentals
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Interest in UX/UI design principles
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for visual content and AI-assisted creative workflows
