Labcorp is seeking a Patient Billing Customer Service Representative department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division to join our team.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 10am EST to 7pm EST.
Training hours: 9am to 6pm EST
Job Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers.
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year Call center work experience
- 1 year medical billing, patient billing, customer service, insurance claims, or explanation of benefits (EOB)

Pay Range: $17.75- $21.00 an hour
