What You’ll Do as a Service Coordinator
Your day‑to‑day work will be diverse and technically engaging. You’ll collaborate with experienced project managers and electronic technicians to resolve service and repair issues for our customers.
Typical tasks include:
· Field all incoming requests for service and repair of camera, access control, burglar alarm, network, and Wi-Fi systems
· Resolve basic service requests and customer inquiries
· Assign and schedule service tasks to remote or field service technicians
· Coordinate parts deliveries for field service
· Provide troubleshooting assistance and resources to field service technicians
· Communicate scheduling and service resolution details with customers
· Document all details of service tickets
· Verify quality of completed service work
· Verify service charges and submit tickets for billing
· Provide quotes for out of warranty service requests
Is This Role for You?
We’re looking for people who:
· Have at least 2 years recent experience with access control and camera systems
· Have some experience managing requests for service and repairs
· Possess strong IP networking, computer, and software skills
· Have a thorough knowledge of office productivity tools including the MS Office Suite
· Are self‑motivated and eager to build a career in the electronic security/low‑voltage field
· Are comfortable working as part of a team
· Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
· Have strong organization skills and can follow procedures
· Have a passion for technologies like access control, surveillance, security, electronics, and networking
· Can pass a background check and drug screen
