CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (CCR)
Heritage Community Credit Union has an opening for a Full Time (36+ hours) Contact Center Representative (CCR) who is highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, sales and service focused to build trusted relationships with our members by matching and recommending appropriate financial solutions based on each member’s unique objectives and needs over the phone and other digital delivery channels. The CCR position is based in the Sacramento area and offers a hybrid (both on-site and remote work required) remote work arrangement.
CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- One-year financial background or call center experience preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have flexibility with scheduling.
- Saturday will be part of the weekly schedule.
- Ideal candidate will have excellent member service skills to build member relationships by promoting and cross selling credit union products and services.
