We are an end-to-end outfitter for the Horizontal Directional Drilling industry looking to hire multiple outside sales reps in the following areas: New York, Maryland/Delaware, and Virginia
Role Description
This full-time remote role as an Outside/Field Sales Representative involves engaging with potential and existing clients to develop business opportunities and foster strong relationships. The role also includes regular communication with team members and customers to achieve sales goals while representing the company’s values of responsiveness and support.
This is a hunter type sales role, with a strong focus on cold calling and finding new business within a new territory. This role requires wearing many hats, including selling, delivering materials, managing warehouse inventory, and helping load and unload trucks.
Qualifications
Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and maintain strong connections with clients and team members
Must be comfortable making cold calls
Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment
Industry knowledge is preferred but not required
Strong team mentality
Impeccable driving record and valid drivers license
Base Salary with Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly bonus opportunities based on company performance
