The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for handling all inbound calls from new and existing patients. They may be assigned outbound calls to patients and prospects for all purposes where patient communication as needed. The PSC’s provide outstanding service and impact CVR revenues through the conversion of calls from new patients to a scheduled treatment plan, maximizing patient retention by tracking patient's from the first inquiry call to the completion of treatment, and rescheduling appointments as needed.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain company expectations for conversion of inquiry calls to a booked new patients
- Ensure that proper input of demographics and insurance information is entered into NextGen (electronic medical records software) when scheduling new patients
- Obtain marketing data for inquiry sources.
- Obtain patient email addresses.
- Add value to each call by securing additional patient appointments as prescribed by the Doctor in the treatment plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Prior call center experience preferred
- Candidate should reside in the Pacific Northwest
