Eleven Eleven is a fast-growing women’s apparel and lifestyle brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. We’re looking for an in-person Partnerships Coordinator to own and execute brand collaborations and partnerships that expand our reach, strengthen brand equity, and feel authentic to who we are.
This role is about relationships, strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships from first outreach through launch.
About the Role
You will oversee all brand partnerships and collaborations, working cross-functionally with leadership, product development, and marketing to bring ideas to life. You’ll manage timelines, negotiate terms, and ensure every partnership aligns with Eleven Eleven’s brand, audience, and long-term goals.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will be expected to think strategically, move quickly, and operate professionally with brands of all sizes.
Must be based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all brand partnerships and collaborations from start to finish
- Identify, pitch, and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the Eleven Eleven brand
- Negotiate partnership terms that protect and advance the company’s interests
- Ensure all collaborations feel authentic, strategic, and brand-aligned
- Collaborate with leadership on partnership opportunities to grow brand awareness and audience
- Work directly with the product development and production teams to execute collaborative products or initiatives
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner brands
- Ensure partnerships are executed professionally and reflect positively on the brand
- Track partnership performance and outcomes where applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Must be based in Nashville, or willing to relocate for this position. Remote applications will not be considered.
- 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment when evaluating opportunities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines and projects at once
- Creative, ambitious, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strategic thinker who understands brand alignment and long-term value
- Confident communicator; personable, professional, and comfortable representing the brand externally
- Comfortable reaching out to brands of all sizes—no partnership is “too big”
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred, but not required
