Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Xfinity Club Supervisor to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Xfinity Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season. The season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule.

What will you do?
- Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
- Assist with the hiring, training, and development of team members
- Inspect Xfinity Club area, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Ensure all front-of-house operations are upheld to company and department standards
- Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared properly based on menu descriptions and recipes
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Standing and walking for entire length of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
