Description
We are looking for an experienced Biller/Collector to join a dynamic team within the financial services industry. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in billing, collections, and cash applications, along with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities

Handle Collections for a growing financial services firm.

Monitor and report on cash activity to support financial decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.

Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable performance and metrics.

Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records..

Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing and must include successful collections experience.

Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate-level functions.

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and cash applications processes.

Demonstrated ability to manage B2B collections effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
