Description

Utilizing your clinical skills to complete utilization management reviews (Prior authorizations, Coverage Exceptions, Quantity Limit exceptions, and more). You will complete these reviews independently amongst a team of your peers and other pharmacy professionals.

Quality and performance are measured by monthly quality and productivity goals

*All new pharmacists are considered as potential long-term employees with a hope to hire on as permanent employees in the future, but cannot guarantee a timeline on conversion and contracts are evaluated every 6 months for extension.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent
2+yrs experience working in a retail environment
Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the candidate is licensed.

Hours

Starting between 9-5:30pm or 10am-6:30pm CST Monday-Friday, rotating weekends.

This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
