Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst supports and maintains Workday HCM and other HR systems, ensuring accurate data, secure access, and a positive user experience for employees, managers, and HR partners. This role troubleshoots system issues, manages security, creates basic reports, and partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance on system enhancements and HR projects. The HRIS Analyst also maintains documentation, supports testing activities, and responds to inquiries related to Workday functionality and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Workday and other HR systems, including troubleshooting and inquiry resolution.
- Maintain Workday security and perform routine system administration tasks.
- Create and maintain basic custom reports to meet business needs.
- Support HR projects through configuration, testing, documentation, and impact analysis.
- Maintain process documentation and support audit activities.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years of HR experience.
- 2+ years of HRIS experience, including support of cloud‑based HR systems.
- Experience with Workday HCM security, configuration, or administration.
- Experience administering Workday.
- Report writing experience (Workday Report Writer or similar tools).
- Experience supporting HR projects involving system configuration or testing.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
