In this role, you will answer questions, resolve issues, and guide users through products or services while delivering an excellent customer experience—quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Identify when issues need escalation and route them appropriately
Maintain multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality
Document customer interactions and update records as needed
Meet or exceed response time and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain a professional, positive tone in all communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Customer-focused mindset with a calm, empathetic approach
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
