Pay $20/hour
Location: Remote Equipment Provided
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm EST or 8am-4pm CST

Job Details :
· Deal directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
· Handle/respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
· Process entry level orders and credits
· Follow up on unresolved issues and drive resolution
· Capture detailed notes on all inquiries including action taken to resolve issue
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments
· Ability to understand/read equipment drawings and look up parts
· Other duties and projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
Additional Details:
· B2B experience is a plus
· This is not a scripted call center – focused on QA and first call resolution
