✨ Your Role

Design & Implement ABA Programs: Create individualized treatment plans that drive meaningful progress
Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide clinical decisions
Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Provide supportive coaching and clinical leadership
Collaborate with Families: Partner with caregivers to set goals and celebrate successes
Balanced Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy flexibility with a mix of in-clinic and remote work
Stay Current: Engage in ongoing training and evidence-based best practices

Your Qualifications

Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
Adaptable & Driven – Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments, adjusting to evolving needs.
