Compensation:
- Base Pay: $25/hour
- Bonus Plan: Uncapped variable compensation averaging $2,000/month, with potential to exceed $7,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell personal insurance products via phone/email
- Follow up with clients to complete sales
- Maintain licensing through training and continuing education
- Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads
- Explain insurance coverage clearly to clients
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty Producer License or Personal Lines
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems/screens
Work Environment:
- Remote: home-based (must live near Atlanta, GA)
Additional Info:
- Travel: Up to 10%
- Physical: Primarily sitting/standing
