We invest heavily in driving qualified demand across paid media, SEO, and content. The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist owns the next multiplier. Turning that demand into measurable business outcomes.
This role is for a hands-on optimizer who understands that small, disciplined improvements in user experience, clarity, and flow can unlock outsized gains in revenue. You will analyze how visitors behave, identify where intent breaks down, and systematically remove friction across websites, landing pages, and forms.
This is not about making pages prettier. It is about making them perform.
As a contractor, you will work directly with strategy, analytics, and media teams to ensure on-site experience aligns with traffic intent and campaign goals. Your work will amplify ROI across every channel we run.

What You Will Own
- Conversion optimization across websites and the full funnel from entry point through conversion
- Analysis of user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis
- Identification of conversion bottlenecks and UX friction impacting lead and revenue outcomes
- Evaluation of how channel traffic from Paid Media, SEO, and Social interacts with on-site experience
- Development and prioritization of CRO hypotheses tied directly to business and performance goals
- Design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across layouts, forms, CTAs, and messaging
- Recommendation and implementation of UX, design, and content changes that improve clarity and conversion
- Hands on work in WordPress to implement page updates, templates, and conversion focused enhancements
- Collaboration with strategy, Paid Ads, SEO, and Social teams to align on traffic intent and campaign goals
- Clear reporting on results with a focus on measurable outcomes rather than vanity metrics

What We Are Looking For
- 5 or more years of experience in conversion rate optimization, website optimization, or digital performance
- Proven success improving conversion rates through experimentation and UX improvements
- Strong proficiency with CRO and testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Ability to work directly in WordPress to implement changes
- Familiarity with heatmapping and session recording tools such as Crazy Egg, Hotjar, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and funnel optimization
- Ability to translate behavioral data into clear, testable recommendations
- Comfort working as a contractor in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Agency or multi client experience preferred

Compensation and Engagement
- Contract role
- Pay starting at $50 per hour, dependent on experience and scope
- Flexible engagement structure based on client needs and performance impact
