We are seeking a reliable Remote Bookkeeper to support ongoing bookkeeping needs for several U.S. small and mid-sized businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple clients, and handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
Key Duties
- Maintain accurate books for multiple client accounts
- Enter and classify financial transactions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly close and basic financial statements
- Communicate with clients as needed regarding bookkeeping matters
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Practical experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Comfortable working in a remote setup, including use of secure access tools (VPN, RDP, similar)
- Ability to manage multiple workloads with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger processes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
