Role Overview:
A Customer Service Representative who works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, AR/AP, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.
A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:
- Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
- Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
- Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
- Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
- Prepare reports under the manager’s supervision
- Aid team members in administrative tasks
- Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse areas for efficient access and safety compliance
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided) and adhere to all safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse spaces to meet safety standards
What You Bring to the Role:
- 0-1 years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- AP and AR experienced required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)
- The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods

Compensation and Benefits:
- The base compensation for this position ranges from $18.51 to $24.67 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
