A company is looking for a Third Party Collection Subrogation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect outstanding balances and coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices
- Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
- Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
- Dependability and customer service experience are required
- Critical thinking skills and goal-oriented mindset
