Trinity Solar is seeking a motivated, career-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting our high-growth sales organization and must demonstrate a strong commitment to both the solar industry and Trinity Solar’s culture. This individual should be comfortable managing high-volume, deadline-driven responsibilities while adapting quickly to evolving business needs and industry changes.
Responsibilities:
- The Project Tracking team is responsible for processing all received contracts and project tracks and ensuring they are meet the Trinity Solar and Finance Partners requirements.
- Work to provide resolutions that align with our finance partners’ contract guidelines to effectively move projects through each stage accurately and quickly.
- Update our database to reflect the sold contract details and all other pertinent
- Review all supporting documentation and process it
- Process and follow up on all Contract Review and Resolution
- Follow up on all projects that have missing items or
- Follow up and respond to all forms of communication (emails, chatters, and phones)
- Complete all job functionalities in a timely
- Effectively meet deadlines and goals
- Responsible for the retention of all department policies and procedures, including any changes that
Qualifications

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent in performance.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
- Adaptable and able to adjust to frequent changes or shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational, time-management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred but not required.
