A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage daily customs clearance operations for cross-border shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customs clearance operations and ensure proper shipment and document preparation
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to monitor clearance status and resolve issues
- Perform accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a track record in handling complex shipments
- Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs regulations
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and functions
- Ability to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required
- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
