About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager for Supply Chain EDI & API Integrations to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product, you’ll be owning MealSuite’s integrations with distributors and procurement systems.
What You’ll Do
- Own roadmap and execution for all supply chain
- Partner with engineering to design scalable ingestion, validation, and mapping pipelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure interoperability and data accuracy.
- Define functional and technical requirements for integrations and system improvements.
- Monitor integration performance, error handling workflows, and uptime SLAs.
- Lead initiatives to expand vendor network, automation, and procurement intelligence.
What You Bring
- 4–8 years technical product management experience
- A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
- Expertise with supply chain systems, procurement workflows, API or EDI standards.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 USD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week.
