Sales Channel Administrator at TSI
The sales channel administrator supports the sales team by managing support tasks, including administrative duties, customer database maintenance, channel partner contract and discount schedule administration, and communication with channel partners. They ensure the smooth operation of indirect sales channels, working with a manager who is responsible for higher-level strategies and partner relationships.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will be responsible for:
- Manage end to end channel partner contract administration process
- Maintains channel partner performance data versus target
- Assists in design and operation of discount controls, level of approvals, CP demo equipment tracking, and product end-of-life selection and administration
- Assists in designing, creating, monitoring and analyzing sales data management
- Manages escalated channel partner issues
- Assist in other FP&A functions such as annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management
- Other duties are assigned
What Do You Need?
Required
- Associate’s Degree in Business/Finance or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative type of role
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, business or related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP system
- Sales support experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience using global ERP systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Basic business acumen and communication skills

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $58,000 - $68,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
