Job Description
Description: This position will be responsible for receiving, retrieving, maintaining, and cataloging of all laboratory records requested by authorized third parties and as needed by corporate and business unit employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Receive & log boxes for storage
•Act as liaison between BU unit and long term storage vendors
•Maintain/organize departmental records, contracts, files
•Business Unit Subject Matter Expert on PHI requests, PHIT database entry, Privacy related auditing and monitoring
•Assist in deployment of compliance related activities, including tracking of annual compliance requirements
•Document and track employee completion of required Compliance related documents
•Review and process request for test orders and creating of custom requisitions
•Support departmental requirements
•Other duties as assigned

Value: 'Temp to Possible Hire:-This role will manage all immunization-related requirements for our PLS employee population. PLS population expected to grow ~900–1000 employees to an even larger number with the Pepper PLS onboarding. This position will be responsible for fulfilling new hire obligations, ensuring the proper handling and storage of Protected Health Information (PHI), and coordinating annual immunization recertifications.
