Overview
ENROLLMENT ADVISOR
The purpose of the Enrollment Advisor (Advisor) is to assume admissions responsibility for a University Partner (UP) graduate healthcare program. The Advisor will utilize strong customer service and communication skills to engage with future students and meet key recruitment benchmarks for maximum cohort enrollment. The Advisor will provide personal interaction and guide prospective students from application to matriculation, with emphasis on submissions conversion and matriculation rate. Under general supervision, the Advisor will evaluate transcripts, verify eligibility and advise prospective students on admissions requirements and related issues with the intent of empowering candidates to submit their strongest application for consideration.
Additionally, the Enrollment Advisor will help create and update correspondence related to student inquiries and other organizational tasks related to our University Partners' demands. The Advisor will work in partnership with university faculty and staff to host monthly virtual events as well as other special events.

Responsibilities
In person/hybrid if located in San Antonio area.
Remote option if not in the San Antonio area.
Pay $45,000-$70,000 based on expereince
Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)
- Serve as subject matter expert for a degree program with a strong understanding of curriculum, structure, notable faculty, program value and industry trends
- Determine candidate eligibility, transferability of credit, and fulfillment of all admissions requirements
- Engage with prospective students through various channels including, phone, email, text, chat and video chat
- Own conversion of submitted applicants to matriculation, including post-acceptance engagement
- Track and reconcile accounts for provisionally accepted students
- Maintain accurate records and report data on specified cadence
- Present information during webinars, one-on-one appointments and other special events
- Provide feedback to management and university partner regarding enrollment (identified opportunities, challenges, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and organize/analyze data to prepare reports
- Own close of cycle audit process
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of experience using Salesforce
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a service-oriented environment or university setting
- 3+ years working in inside or outside phone sales and/or experience in higher education or similar industry admissions/enrollment positions
