We partner with hundreds of leading healthcare organizations to solve these challenges across customer experience, clinical services, digital operations, and business transformation. We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer who can translate this complex portfolio into a clear, compelling enterprise story and drive measurable revenue impact.
As CMO, you will own Carenet’s brand, demand generation engine, and go to market strategy. You will build a unified narrative that resonates with multi billion dollar healthcare buyers while creating data driven marketing programs that directly fuel pipeline and growth.
This role is built for a leader who believes marketing is a revenue accelerator, not a cost center.
Responsibilities
What You Will Own
Brand and Strategy
Define and evolve brand positioning across all service lines.
Lead messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership for executive audiences.
Ensure brand clarity and consistency across all regions and client touchpoints.
Demand Generation and Growth Marketing
Architect integrated demand programs across ABM, digital, content, events, and partnerships.
Own marketing sourced and influenced pipeline in partnership with Sales.
Build campaigns that compete and win in a highly competitive, trillion dollar market.
Effectively message to enterprise buyers with annual services budgets of $25M to $50M or more.
Product and Solutions Marketing
Lead go to market strategies for digital transformation, automation, and specialized healthcare offerings.
Deliver positioning, competitive insights, and proof points that improve win rates.
Client, Employee, and Employer Brand
Strengthen executive level client engagement and communications.
Partner with HR on employer brand, recruiting marketing, and internal communications.
Analytics, Operations, and Leadership
Build a metrics driven marketing organization focused on ROI and attribution.
Own the marketing technology stack and budget.
Lead and scale a high performing, distributed marketing team.

Qualifications
What You Bring
15 plus years of B2B marketing experience with 8 plus years in executive leadership roles.
Background in healthcare services, BPO, digital transformation, or IT services.
Proven success driving enterprise pipeline and revenue growth.
Expertise in ABM, digital marketing, branding, analytics, and GTM strategy.
Strong executive communication skills and competitive drive.
