About the Role:
The Lifeline Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that individuals who rely on health and safety monitoring devices receive their equipment promptly and accurately. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and delivery services. The specialist ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies to maintain the highest standards of service quality and client confidentiality. By maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams, the Lifeline Fulfillment Specialist helps to support the well-being and safety of vulnerable populations. Ultimately, this role contributes to the seamless delivery of essential health care services that enable clients to live independently and securely.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and order processing software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Lifeline or similar personal emergency response systems.
- Customer service experience in a healthcare or technical environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data security best practices.
- Ability to use CRM and ERP systems to manage client and order information.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage orders for Lifeline health and safety monitoring devices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal departments to facilitate timely delivery of devices.
- Verify order details and client information to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving fulfillment issues promptly.
- Document and track all fulfillment activities to maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and case managers to support client needs and service continuity.
