Handle daily counting and packaging of products, including all related computer transactions in Visual and Customer Portals.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all shipping and receiving documentation (invoices, packing lists, labels, logs, etc.).
Perform all core shipping and receiving functions:
- Unload incoming shipments in the designated receiving area
- Inspect and count delivered goods against documentation
- Pack orders, prepare shipping containers, and create shipping labels and paperwork
- Stage, load, and dispatch outgoing shipments according to schedule
Maintain organized, clean, and safe shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas.
Support day-to-day work in the shipping/receiving department and step in as needed across related tasks.
Assist with administrative functions for shipping and receiving (data entry, logs, reports).
Help ensure shipping and receiving operations run smoothly and on time, meeting all deadlines and internal standards.
