Job Description:
As a Loan Transition Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping banks successfully convert their loan systems to CSI’s NuPoint® platform. This position combines technical expertise with customer engagement, ensuring smooth transitions through hands-on and virtual training, operational analysis, and integration support. Acting as the face of CSI, you’ll guide clients through every step of the process, from initial planning to post-conversion success.
What You’ll Do
Customer Training & Engagement
- Deliver hands-on and virtual training to bank staff on NuPoint loan functionality.
- Educate customers on best practices for integrating NuPoint into their workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the transition.
Operational Analysis & Integration
- Assess existing loan processes and identify integration points with NuPoint.
- Configure money movement integrations for accurate automated accounting.
Implementation & Conversion Support
- Prepare banks for conversion week and ensure readiness for go-live.
- Collaborate with Loan Conversion Specialists to validate data integrity.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with bank teams and represent CSI professionally.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.
What Success Looks Like
- Bank staff are confident and fully trained on NuPoint loan operations.
- Money movement integrations are configured accurately.
- Conversion week runs smoothly with minimal disruption.
- High customer satisfaction and successful transition to CSI systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking loan operations, loan processing, or lending preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and guide with diplomacy and tact.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel required).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Travel: 30–50% for onsite training and support.
