A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.
You’ll:
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
- Navigate systems like Clar, OneNote,LifePro, and Teams to resolve inquiries
- Guide users through the provider portal setup and usage
- Stay on top of emails and respond to cases in Clarc
- Bring a positive attitude and contribute to team improvements
- Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service
- End your day knowing you made someone’s experience smoother and more informed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 6+ months in a call-center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of health insurance experience
- Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) concepts
- Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing
Additional expectations:
- Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
- Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture
