Position: REMOTE- Medical Benefits and Claims Specialist
Pay: $19/Hr.+ Weekly pay and full time hours.
Projected Start Date: December 2025
Schedule: Will be assigned a 8-Hr. Shift M-F between 8a-8p EST. (MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT)
MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX

Responsibilities:
- Inbound/outbound calls (MUST BE OK WITH BOTH) to patients, guarantors, payers, and payees.
- Work with healthcare providers and patients to assist with appeal management for claim denials.
- Work with physicians and payers to advocate for product-specific coverage.
- Ability to communicate product benefits and efficacy to positively influence payer policy.
- Capability to monitor drug coverage policies for multiple payers.
- Review case outcomes to analyze and identify payment and denial trends as well as key findings for client reporting.
- Conduct external research to identify appropriate alternate funding sources for inclusion to the internal resource database for future reference purposes.
- Ability to effectively respond to escalated issues and complex cases referred from other reimbursement employees or manufacture representative.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pick up equipment from Irving, TX.
- Proven experience in medical claims processing or a similar role.
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office Suite.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
