AI Innovation Specialist - Intelligent Automation

We are a rapidly growing, tech-enabled global company in the Hospitality and Real Estate space, seeking an AI Innovation Specialist to drive operational excellence through intelligent automation and process improvement.
This role sits at the critical intersection of Engineering and Business Intelligence, where you will leverage cutting-edge AI and modern automation technologies to transform how we work. Your mission is to identify, design, and implement scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual workload and enhance productivity across all departments—from Operations and Guest Services to Finance and HR.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department leaders to identify workflow bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities for automation.
- Solution Implementation: Build and implement automated solutions using modern tools, scripts, and AI-enhanced processes.
- AI & Orchestration: Design and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that handle complex decision-making, and implement modern orchestration platforms (like Zapier, n8n, etc.) to create sophisticated multi-step workflows.
- Technical Integration: Build and maintain API integrations to connect disparate systems and create seamless data flows.
- Measurement & Evangelism: Develop dashboards to track performance, measure the impact (time saved, error reduction) of automation initiatives, and train teams to ensure successful adoption.
Success in this role means establishing a systematic approach to automation prioritization, successfully implementing AI solutions for complex workflows, and demonstrating a measurable increase in company-wide operational efficiency.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in automation engineering, business intelligence, or technical operations roles, preferably at a high-growth, top-tier tech company (e.g., VC-backed or FAANG-level environment).
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency in: Python and SQL.
- API Integration (REST/GraphQL APIs) and webhooks.
- Modern orchestration tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
- Mindset: A strong Process Improvement Mindset, comfortable evaluating and implementing solutions ranging from simple scripts to sophisticated AI-powered workflows.
- Collaboration: Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation, working closely with both department leaders and engineering teams.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize based on measurable business outcomes (cost savings, productivity gains).
- Location & Time Zone: Must be located Remotely but capable of working within the US Central Timezone.
- Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $200,000.
