RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role:
Assists the consumer lending area in processing and maintaining appropriate lien information on secured loans.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Responsible for the filing of lien instruments on motor vehicles and other secured instruments pledged as collateral security.
- Provides prompt handling of direct, phone and written inquiries or requests from members and coworkers.
- Assist in proper filing of GAP insurance claims and timely follow-up with insurance company and members for claim resolution.
- Perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic understanding of BSA requirements - OFAC, CIP, Patriot Act.
REQUIREMENTS

The hours for this position are:
Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
- 0 - 1 year of general experience.
- Experience in titles, insurance claims or warranty a plus.
