- Speak fluently with empathy, urgency, and grammar

- Keep your cool and call control, even when Karen wants the manager
- Record what happened—no creative fiction, please
💼 This Job Is For You If:
- You’ve got 2+ years in a high-volume call center (remote or in-person)
- You’ve talked with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical shop customers for at least a year
- You’re fluent in ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, or Jobber
- You type 30+ WPM and spell like a champion
- You can juggle inbound and outbound calls with ease
- You’ve got impeccable grammar, a sunny attitude, and a knack for getting things DONE
💻 Your Tech Must-Haves:
- Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS Ventura+
- Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (Quad-Core, 2.4GHz or higher)
- RAM: 8 GB minimum
- Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive)
- Display: 1080p HD (1920x1080) or better, 21” monitor preferred (external monitor required if using laptop)
- Camera: Internal or external HD webcam (720p minimum)
- Peripherals: All wired (keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Headset: USB-wired with noise-canceling mic (no Bluetooth)
- Internet:
- Download speed: 200 Mbps minimum
- Upload speed: 20 Mbps minimum
- Latency: under 50ms, no packet loss
- Ethernet connection only
